Monika Konieczny

Monika Konieczny is a project manager (certified Scrum Master in geek speak) at Empathy Interactive. She has a graduate degree in computer science and is currently pursuing a PhD at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań where her research involves investigations into the use of simulation games in project management. Monika wants to simplify communication between binary thinkers and “normal human beings” and make it as effective as possible. Monika has won the Big Dream competition at TEDxWarsaw and it is our pleasure to invite her to present her “altergames” on stage.
