Ivan Hernandez was born in Mexico City but after meeting the love of his life decided to follow her to Warsaw in 1999. Not an uncommon story… Ivan is a performance improvement consultant, lecturer and entrepreneur with deep experience in multinational and multicultural environments, having worked in seven different countries. He has worked in human capital advisory, executive search, media, strategic consulting and the leisure industry and these days consults and lectures on the subjects of career development, personal branding, effective communication and business development through a company he founded in Warsaw.
