Sergiusz Sawin

Sergiusz Sawin has been an “innovation chef” within corporations and as an outside consultant for more than a decade and is the Chief Innovation Architect at a Warsaw-based innovation consultancy firm he co-founded. His deep knowledge of approaches and methods of innovation has been employed by numerous well known companies in telecommunications, banking and consumer products whom he has been advising on the development of innovation strategies and campaigns, the improvement of new product development processes and introduction of breakthrough products. Sergiusz is also an experienced trainer and facilitator and has run workshop sessions in Europe, USA, Russia and South-East Asia. He is one of the authors of “Open Futures – Operating System for Future Centers”, a book which summarizes his two years of research on collaborative working environments.
